Maranatha edits my life

Well I submitted my post about the Jailbreak activity to MBBC summer ministry updates. They said that they wanted humor so I gave them the exact same text as is hosted on this blog.
They changed it!

They killed my intro, and deleted my link to the rules of Jailbreak. Here I was hoping to post some more updates to MBBC about my summer, but now. . . Forget it. If they are going to wreak my story, I will tell it myself.

The link to the fendish website is here: http://www.mbbc.edu/page.aspx?m=377&a=6

It's all Inside

Well last week I got a job at JCPenneys. I am working in the return goods department, which turns out to be where all the fun is. You see the store is an outlet store not a regular JCPenneys. So we get all kinds of weird returned goods to sell. We have comfortors for 39.99, chairs for 19.99 radios for 9.99 and "Other random stuff" for *.99. It is giving me plenty of funny stories to tell let me say.

Like when we got in two couches and a matching loveseat. The first couch had a cut in the middle cushion, and the second couch had a small hole in the back and was missing the little decrotive feet. they were priced the same because the hole in the front was equal in value deterant to the missing feet and the hidden gash. Well a couple came in and wanted to know if I would put the feet from the couch, with the visable cut, on the couch without the feet. I explained that we were in the "returned goods" department not the "couch chop shop" department. So I went on break shortly after this and when I came back I saw them loading a couch with feet, but no hole. They had been "Looking at" the couches for a while, my co-worker said. So they swiched them.

Anyway it is going to be a weird summer.
